At 24,000 miles the OEM Kuhmo tires were worn out. I had Kauffman install the Michelin Energy Saver A/S tires. After putting 63,000 miles on the Michelins, they still had tread remaining. I went ahead and had Kauffman install a new set of the exact same Michelins. I have been very pleased with Kauffman and Michelin. My van is up to 90,000 miles now and I think the new tires will outlast the vehicle.

All together I would say that the tires are better than average but not what I expected from Michelin. Even though I was told before the purchase that they were made of a harder silicone rubber than the regular tires that size. The reason being, to maintain the higher fuel efficiency of the hybrid vehicle. Softer rubber meant a lower MPG. I was slightly disappointed in the amount of road noise from these tires. Not a great difference from the factory installed tires but a noticeable difference in noise. How they wear is yet to be determined.........
